We are pleased to announce everything is on track with the build-out of our first facility, which will be located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. We are still targeting an operation start date of Fall 2023. Last night I had the pleasure to present Curbside Commissary to a panel of judges representing the City of Tuscaloosa, West Alabama Chamber of Commerce, The University of Alabama faculty, Alabama SBDC Network, and other business leaders during the annual Tuscaloosa's 2023 Community Innovation Business Plan Competition organized by Alabama Entrepreneurship Institute / the Edge.

The on-demand food industry has witnessed a major transformation in the last decade, largely driven by the integration of technology, changing consumer behavior, and the rise of digital platforms. Dominated by delivery services such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub, this industry has grown exponentially, especially in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic when people around the globe were confined to their homes.

We are excited to announce that after the long delay due to the pandemic, Curbside Commissary Tuscaloosa is moving forward. Over the next months, we will be sharing information including ways you can be involved.

We are excited to be part of the 2022 Globel Entrepreneurship Week. We have a physical and virtual exhibitor booth setup for tonight from 5pm to 7pm at the Edge.
